Vale-Irvin Homes was formed in 2005 by longtime friends Andrew Irvin and Edwin Vale Jr. With their unique skill sets in construction and design, Andrew and Edwin set out to build homes with innovative style, great utility, and lasting quality...Hence the slogan, "Built For Life."

Vale-Irvin Homes experienced great success in the first year and grew exponentially by being a independently owned home builders in Texas. In 2014 facing the challenge to find homesites to build on, Vale-Irvin began developing its own communities. In 2017, the 1000th Vale-Irvin Home was built. Today, Vale-Irvin Homes is building in company owned communities in Salado and Georgetown.
