Town water and in addition to the newer heating system , owners replaced the septic tank in 2016+/- with new concrete tank . Campton Village overlay allows for business& home(Campton allows for an auxillary dwelling unit as long as it is connected to the house & meets the size requirement). Possible as an auxilliary dwelling conversion of 2nd story of barn to residential , or a business as in the village overlay zone& also on edge of commercial zone.
