Rental rates are as follows for certain months of the year. December and January $6000, February $7500, March and April $8000, May $5000, June and July 2025 $6000, August through November $4000. Each rental will have a $75 booking fee, $300 cleaning fee, and tourist taxes of 12.5 percent for total rental amount. Renting multiple months will give you a discount! After 1 month, you will receive $100 off per additional month. For example, $200 off each month rental rate if rented for 3 months.
