"The house is in a pretty quiet neighborhood. We can hear the church bells on Sunday & sometimes can hear the high school b& faintly on football home game nights, & otherwise peaceful. The elementary school made changes to pickup/drop-off routing so there is also little traffic. There's a small park /toys, swing, basketball that is really great for a super quick walk especially if you have a pet or really little kids. No need to get into a car to go play for a few minutes (Redden Park next to Ninos Elementary).
