The cabinets are custom and feature soft close doors and drawers. In addition to the beautiful fir are quartz counters in a dark silt color and a deep and wide stainless steel, square-cut sink with a modern, single handle faucet with pullout. Outside, a stone staircase crafted by a local stone mason leads down to a large concrete patio that was installed in 2020. The yard features recently built and installed fence / gates, planting beds that include 12 new trees added to the property, sprinklers and sod. The north yard is truly a summer oasis for entertaining and relaxing. Low VOC paints were used throughout. Metal, wire and cardboard salvaged from the construction process were recycled. AND, there is a potential wine cellar in the basement. The entire upstairs is a primary suite with huge bathroom with shower, washer and dryer, claw foot tub and extra floor space for a yoga mat or a favorite pet's bed. Both tile floors are heated. A double-bowl sink and high, vaulted ceilings with a skylight above the tub finish a spectacular bathroom. The primary has a large walk-in closet and a great office/library/tv room with storage. The skylight in this rooms offers a very quaint peekaboo view of the M. Lots of great places a quick walk to enjoy the ultimate Missoula lifestyle.
