The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests, with additional guest fees of $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests.

This townhome is not handicap friendly, and guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. Guest access is granted via a smart lock. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home. A $500 fine applies per violation. Pets are welcome, but refrain from allowing them on furniture or linens, and do not leave them unattended. Please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
