Across the hall is a great study area, with built in cabinets and under mount lighting. Next is the first of three guest bedrooms. Each guest bedroom has a walk in closet. You also have another hall guest bath with a shower tub combo. Out the back is a covered patio where you can take in the 180 degree views. This yard has it all! Low maintenance stamped concrete, low maintenance artificial turf, and a built in bbq area for entertaining. The shutters were recently painted and the drive way is one of the largest in the neighborhood. There are two garages- one- one car with some built in storage and a two car garage with two 4x8 foot ceiling racks the owner is leaving. This neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
