There is a full bathroom connected to the bedroom. Then down the hall are 2 more bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The third bedroom could actually be a third and fourth bedroom because there is a connecting room with a set of folding doors behind the third bedroom that has it's own closet. This could be used for 2 bedrooms or a bedroom and an office. The backyard is huge and has a storage shed that will stay. Behind the one car carport there is an enclosed shop area as well. There have been some improvements made to the house. The front door has been replaced and a keyless entry pad has been installed on the back door. Several rooms have been sanded and re-painted, and all but one room has had the carpet pulled up and wood floors restored.
