Winter guests love the nice tennis courts, heated pool and hot tub. Speaking of guests - vacationers love this location since it is close to the market & entertainment. Pier park is only 5 minutes away. Carillon Beach & the 30A corridor are only a few minutes away. This unit has one of the rare and wonderful back porch and extra ground area for use that is perfect for relaxing under the trees, grilling, picnicking, feeding birds, reading, etc. This unit has so much to offer.
