The Forest Service Special Use Permit includes 3 acres, and the cabin is surrounded by Forest Service land and Mountain Sky Guest Ranch. Cabin must be used at least 16 days per year, it cannot be a full-time residence, no rentals are allowed, horses or other livestock may not be housed on the land full-time.
