Once you get to OTR or Downtown, simply park your car and walk everywhere or take the free Streetcar.
The third bedroom doubles as the living room. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent. Throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, and may result in prosecution. Quiet hours are from 9:30pm to 8am, and amplified music is forbidden at all hours without advance written consent.
