Surfs up!! The location of the resort is ideal and the short drive to the quaint town of Rodanthe at the northern end of Hatteras Island will simply enchant you. Surrounded by Cape Hatteras National Seashore, you will not run out of fun things to do: fishing, kayaking, crabbing, windsurfing, surfing, parasailing and deep-sea fishing at Oregon Inlet. The resort is located just pass the Rodanthe Pier. Is there anything else? Yes of course, we will provide at no extra charge: dolphins, sea gulls, pelicans, many fish, turtles and the occasional very crispy beach goer. One flight of stairs to climb and you will be greeted with your own private gated deck outfitted with new poly-wood outdoor furniture. The owners are constantly improving: just installed new carpeting, linoleum and freshly painted bedroom, new living room sofa, love seat, end table and coffee table, two flat screen T.V.'s and T.V. stand, ceiling fan, new kitchen stainless steel appliances, new kitchen faucet, new recessed lighting, new bathroom cultured marble vanity, new faucet, new lighting, new washer and dryer, new mattress and new patio furniture. New carpeting & new vinyl. Spacious and bright and wide open, we know not all condos are created alike and I predict many hours of pure enjoyment in your future while the place generates income. The owners easily manage this condo and the care they have invested shows when you read the vacationers comments. Nothing missing here but you!
