In 2014: Replaced AC condenser to a 5 ton condenser unit. In 2016: re-piped the interior water lines with PEX. In 2020: replaced garage concrete floor and installed a new insulated garage door. In 2021: upgraded the hall bath with fiberglass surround, glass shower door, new vanity and lighting, and ceramic tile floor. In 2022: remodeled the Master bedroom adding a walk in closet and a larger master bath with walk in shower, rain shower head, ceramic tile, and a new double vanity. Installed newer carpet throughout upstairs, newer laminate flooring in kitchen, living room and the family room. In 2023: performed a termite inspection, completed section 1 repairs as recommended, repaired the pool deck and concrete.
