Downstairs is the main living area with a large living room with a airtight wood stove backed by a bricked wall. The living room is open to the kitchen with the 2nd bathroom and 3rd bedroom, sliding glass door leads off onto the full length deck where most people spend most of their time in the warm month. Parking is a level paved parking pad with room for 2 or 3 cars. It is nice to be on the top road into Cold Springs because it makes it easy to get out when the roads are covered with snow and you are already on top with a level parking area onto the level street to the highway.
