The living room has a large TV to watch movies and shows.** Private enclosed backyard along the relaxing Humbug Creek. No washer & dryer. Closest laundromat is 6 miles away.

This house is on a well and septic. Nothing allowed to be flushed down the toilet other than toilet paper and human waste. No feminine products, "flushable" wipes, or condoms allowed to be flushed down toilet. It will ruin the septic pump.
