Approximately 3 miles to downtown/midtown, 1 mile to UC Davis Med Center, 1.5 miles to UOP Sacramento (McGeorge), 2.5 miles to Mercy General and Sutter Medical, 5 miles to Kaiser Downtown Commons, 7 miles to Kaiser South Sac and Methodist Hospital. A quick 2 minute walk to the 51 bus (our most frequent bus line) which takes you into downtown. Street parking (no permit needed).

Your unit consists of a combined living/kitchen area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Ideal for 1 or max 2 individuals. If you like to cook, the kitchen is equipped with a proper vent hood and full size appliances, though no dishwasher. The bedroom sports a queen bed, desk, TV, and blackout shades. Heat pump mini split (heating+AC). Heated floor in the bathroom. Shared washer+dryer on site. This house is all electric, which means better indoor air quality, lower carbon footprint, and no gas bill.

I live in the back unit and am happy to give you as much privacy as you'd like. The front and back units are completely separate. Electricity is split 50/50, all other utilities are included (water, Wi-Fi, trash/recycling/compost). Give a shout if you have any questions!
