Abbey Apartments - Affordable Senior Housing

The Abbey Apartments are nestled in a gentle meadow in a country setting, away from traffic and congestion, but close to shopping, churches, and medical facilities.
This community is a subsidized apartment building for residents who must be 62 years of age or older and whose income does not exceed income limitation set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (2020 income limitation cannot exceed $28, 700 for one person and $32,800 for two persons). Applicants meeting those income limitations will pay no more than 30% of their adjusted income for rent.
Some units have special features for mobility-impaired persons. A social service coordinator is available for residents’ personal needs.
The Abbey Apartments is a smoke-free community.
