Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. No parties are allowed without express authorization. The home does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided. The property is located in a quiet, family-friendly residential neighborhood, and guests are asked to keep noise levels low to avoid disturbing neighbors.
