15) Landlord will change air filter every 3 months. The landlord will provide 48 hour notice to enter the property and inspect the property during this visit, preferably with the tenant present. If any room is off limit due to religious or other privacy grounds, the tenant needs to inform in advance. 16)If the tenants break the contract and end the lease before the contract's end, they are required to pay a 2-month fine or a realtor fee to find new replacement tenants, whichever is greater.
