Parties and events are also strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.
