Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in, and a one-time refill is available for just $55. A "Pack 'N Play Crib" is available for $40 as a one-time fee, and a highchair is also available for $40 as a one-time fee.

The neighborhood is relatively walkable, with several parks, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Located near several major highways, including I-35 and US-183, it's easy to get around by car.
This private, detached home has no shared walls or utilities and offers secure remote-controlled gated entry. Free parking is available for up to 3 vehicles with a 2-car carport and 1 driveway space. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property, risking a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Bathroom 1, located in the living room, is a half bathroom featuring a toilet only, with no shower or bathtub. The sliding door in the kitchen can be operated with a key; however, the key is not yet available for use.
