Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must be quiet between 9 PM and 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and a minimum age of 22 is required for the primary person booking.
