Single-family home with parking available for one car for both the owner and the tenant.

Owner will provide appliances.

Tenant has equal access to all shared living spaces.

The master bedroom and office are off-limits to the tenant.

Tenant must obtain owner’s approval for hosting two or more guests at a time.

Overnight stays by a girlfriend, boyfriend, or best friend require prior approval from the owner.

Lease term is for a period of 9 to 12 months.

A 30-day notice is required by either party to terminate the lease.
