Now notice the fresh paint and then glance to the great room fireplace and you notice the new carpet (all carpet is new) - you realize this is big enough for all of your friends (ok - most depending on how many friends). New carpet going up the stairs and hall and in all three bedrooms. Big walk-in closets in primary and 3rd bedrooms. Both baths have ceramic tiles and double vanities - the master vanity is blessed with abundance space - my personal opinion. This townhome shows very well and is super clean - I mean the new carpet looks very inviting. From a practical stand point, the laundry is on the bedroom level.
