With the large yard and central location, the house is great for hosting BBQs, church groups, etc. House is about 10 to 15 minutes to CSU, Old Town, and just about anywhere else in Fort Collins, with convenient access to I-25.
Rent is $2,300/mo. Asking for a one-year lease but can be negotiable. First and last month's rent plus security deposit due at signing. Dogs negotiable w/ partially refundable pet deposit and $50/month pet rent. Available for move-in mid August.
