The 1950’s 32-inch vintage gas stove by O’Keefe & Merritt was authentically reconditioned & re-enameled. All lighting is from Old California Lighting w/ Craftsman specific designs. Doors to the crawl spaces were added to the interior, while posts & piers were added to reinforce the home. The water shut-off is located in the closet, great when cold/wet outside! The home features a William Morris reproduction hand-printed wallpaper frieze by Bradbury & Bradbury. The fireplace tile is reproduction Batchelder, custom glazed by Pasadena Craftsman Tile. The house has a hard-wired & battery-controlled radio alarm security system. The yard is on a timed irrigation system. The cabin was repainted and completely insulated & exterior sandblasted. The flat double lot is tree-filled, landscaped and on a cul-de-sac minutes from Lake Arrowhead/Village and miles of hiking trails.
