The kitchen is nicely arranged and has room for an eating area. There are a lot of cabinets and great counter space too. The range & refrigerator come with the home. The second bedroom was converted to a main floor laundry but could be changed back to a bedroom. The living room is well sized and has lots of natural lighting. In the basement you will find a nice family room, an area that would be great for the kids to do their homework, another room that could be a bedroom, office, etc., another area that was originally a laundry area that is now a good place to do canning and then a utility area with built-in shelving units. The roof shingles were just put on in Dec 2023, Repaired the central air in 2020, new gutters in Nov 2020 and replaced a lot of the decking boards then, too. The water softener is a Peerless. The furnace is newer but they don't remember exactly how old it is. It is a high efficiency furnace, though. There are ramps at the front and back exits of the home. Could this be a bonus for you?
