Free parking is available in the garage and on the driveway, with additional street parking if needed. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee per additional guest.

Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pets should be discussed in advance; only house-trained pets are allowed, and pet cleaning fees apply. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Body towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. A laptop computer is not included.
