The backyard has a fire pit, patio, and wood platform that can be used for yoga. We have a friendly black lab mix, so you must be okay with being greeted by him if he is outside.
This studio is half a mile from the Rose Bowl and a couple miles from Old Town Pasadena. It is located on the westside of Pasadena, so it is a short drive to Downtown LA, Burbank, and Glendale. It is close to JPL, CalTech, Art Center, Huntington Hospital, and Arcadia Hospital. The Rose Bowl offers many outdoor activities and when it is active, there is a nice ambience when concerts, football games, soccer games, etc. take place there.
The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is located on the bottom level of a 2 story backhouse. There are three tenants who live in the apartment upstairs. Parking is provided on the driveway.
This is a month to month lease. 30 day minimum stay.
