Terms
1. Lease Term Length: 12 Months.
2. Application Fee $55.00 *non-refundable* paid to third-party.
3. $250.00 Holding Fee applied to Security Deposit.
4. $250 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee.
5. We allow small dogs and cats. Weight limit on dogs is 35 pounds (some breed restrictions). $250 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, and $35 pet rent per pet per month.
6. Utilities cost for Water/Sewer/Trash/Common Area Electricity & Gas (if any) based on the number of occupants:
(1 Occupant - $85)
(2 Occupants - $150)
(3 Occupants - $210)
(Each additional occupant + $60).
