About Taylor Place
Taylor Place Apartments is a new 50-unit rental housing development located in McHenry, IL. The property includes a new 46-unit, three-story, elevatored apartment building along N. Mill Street and a 4-unit walk-up style townhome building along W. Crystal Lake Road. An office building at the site's southwest corner was re-purposed into a community space for residents, which will include a leasing office, fitness center, and business center. In total, the project includes 22 one-bedroom, 11 two-bedroom and 17 three-bedroom units. Units are available to individuals and families with a wide range of income levels from 80% of area median income to 30% AMI. Units will include energy star kitchen appliances (refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave), in-unit washer / dryer, patios/balconies, central air conditioning window treatments and cable / TV computer internet hookups. Both surface and garage parking are provided. Amenities include parcel room, security lighting, outdoor play area, bike parking, wi-fi, an outdoor terrace, and community garden.
