Upon arrival, all guests must register at the HOA office to pay the $30 resort fee. The resort accepts credit cards and cash (no debit cards).
It's a short walk to Pineapple Willys, Longboards, Hammerhead Freds, shopping, golfing, and many other activities.
This property is for guests 21 years old and older. Check-in is at 4 PM CT (5 PM Spring Break and Major Holidays). The unit accommodates up to 4 guests maximum (including children and infants of all ages) per PCB Ordinance 1632. Having more guests than the maximum of 4 allowed by law could result in a fine starting at $500 and ejection, with no money refunded. This property requires armbands to be worn at all times while on the property for safety. This is a non-smoking and non-pet-friendly unit. Quiet hours are observed between 11 PM and 8 AM. [SI]
