I had a hard time moving to Virginia Beach for a job after getting out of the Marines in NC. I couldn't find a place to rent or hotels to stay in because I had 2 dogs and a puppy. I decided to look into buying a house and Charlotte helped a lot. She explained everything and answered any questions we had and tried escalating the process as we wanted to move in as soon as possible. I would recommend her again if I were to buy a house in the same area!

Working with Charlotte was beyond amazing she was patient, knowledgeable, very professional and no matter what time of the day it was, if I requested to see a property with the crazy house market, she made it happen. Homes were going contingent after being on the market for one day. She worked around the clock to make sure i didn’t miss out on homes she knew how badly I wanted to get me and my family into a bigger home that fits our needs. Charlotte didn’t allow people to get over on me and when it came to negotiation she knew exactly how to negotiate. I can tell you this experience was way different from my first time purchasing a home. I had to negotiate several times I’ve learned so much working with her. I thought I knew so much about home buying, but I was wrong. I hadn’t even scratched the surface on what it takes to negotiate, the entire process, etc omg it was an amazing fun experience we found our new home and we are so excited thank you so much Charlotte my daughter loved her as well it’s great when a person can do their job and keep the kids occupied while we walked through the home my daughter would always say momma is Mrs Charlotte here yet? I can’t thank her enough for the hard work she put into finding us a home would most definitely recommend her to my family and friends it was such a pleasure having her as our agent.

She's supremely detail orientated and so SO awesome at figuring out what it is you really want and helping you get there.
