Cindy is a hard-working, cheerful and very professional realtor. She was assigned to us through my employer's relocation service when we first moved to Cleveland, and she tirelessly drove us around during our house search as we were trying to get acclimated to the area. We found the perfect home for us through her dedicated approach in searching for homes, taking into acount my, at times, very selective preferences.

Six years later our life situation changed and we decided to move out of state (at our own expense) to be closer to family. The first person I called was Cindy! I felt overwhelmed with everything I needed to do, plan/prepare and remember to do later! Cindy was invaluable in her recommendations and advice on where to focus first and what to do next, and provided great resources to leverage for the actual move. She helped us sell our home in 2 days, and walked us through each step and what would happen next. We honestly would not have been able to have things go so smoothly if it wasn't for her guidance and expertise.

Cindy is the BEST! When we moved to Cleveland she worked with us to find a home. It was in the winter & inventory was low. She worked with us for almost 4 month (this is on us, we were very picky). She was always professional & a joy to be around. Even after putting up with us all that time. So when it came time to sell our home we went straight to Cindy. She sold our home in 3 days for more than the asking price. If you are buying or selling a home Cindy Lindbergh should be your first choice when choosing a Realtor!

Cindy is an amazing realtor! Very thorough and helpful. Takes the time to make sure you are really comfortable with every step of the process and makes sure you are getting exactly what you want. She does not want to push anything you don't love on you just to make a sale or quick buck. Cindy even tried paying ME for some repairs the sellers should have paid but were being stubborn about! My friends are looking to buy a house next year and I already gave them her contact information to reach out when they're ready. The real estate industry needs more people like Cindy!

Cindy is an exceptional agent for her company. We requested her for the purchase of our home thru recommendations when arriving to Cleveland in 2016. Because of that experience there was no doubt from my wife or I to have Cindy guide us through the Sale of the same house. With all of the moving pieces and there are many. Cindy stood by and provided with suggestions and recommendations which made the process flawless and most important gave my wife and I confidence. Cindy amazingly enough provided deeply needed support in purchasing the home in Brandon Mississippi. With the crazy market with homes selling so fast, we felt defeated since before we could prepare to make an offer they were sold. Cindy provided direction on the offer that would be most desirable by the seller (down payment earnest $ etc) recommended. She then recommend we have our agent in another state facetime the showing so that we could have confidence in choosing the right house. The deal was a one time best offer gets the house-no bidding. Well with Cindy's experience and guidance we got a great house sight unseen which is super scary. Well I'm happy to say we are very happy with our new home! I truly attribute to Cindy's exceptional service in all aspects!!!

Cindy was wonderful to work with. We relocated across the country and could not visit houses ourselves. The housing market is very tight, so Cindy would make walkthrough appointments immediately after we sent her an address we were interested in. At each visit, she would walk through and record a video to email us, then walk through again with us on facetime, pointing out her observations. After we were under contract, she made solid recommendations, coordinated different appointments and parties involved, and made sure that our interests were protected. She knows the community well, is well connected, and was very honest about what to expect, potential caveats, etc. I have worked with multiple realtors before, and Cindy outshined all of them. We are so happy in our new home and enjoyed this relocation journey with Cindy.

We had the pleasure of working with Cindy on both the purchase and then the sale of our home. Cindy’s work ethic and attention to detail really made buying and selling our home a breeze.
