We are first time - home buyers, we do need a professional, experienced in house purchase. Corey's team can help you that without any hesitance. Also, we can contact him and his team 24/7 all days, including weekend. He helped us in dealing with any troubles from finding lawyers, closing process, home warranty and movement. He was in our side, protected us when we faced a trouble in closing day. The mortgage's team calculated wrongly tax and other numbers, he and his team protected us by connecting with lawyers and discussing with his team to solve our trouble, alert to the upper manager about this to protect customers. He also helped us to get 1 year house warranty from the house's seller. He is senior in real estate, we always got the finance analysis of every zone where we have ideas to buy. Information was given clear, easy to understand. Corey was very honest when we asked for his opinion on the houses we looked at. He didn’t try to “sell” the house to us at all. As first time buyers, we didn’t know a lot about buying a house. Corey would point out any issues he observed and gave us feedback as a homeowner himself. We also needed an inspector and lawyer and he gave us some contacts who didn’t dissappoint. His team also handled communication and scheduling with the different inspectors, seller, lawyer and mortgage company really well. We targeted a 45 day closing and we were almost on point. The delay was on the seller which was out of our hands.

Overall, our experience with Corey was stress-free, seamless and we felt that we were in good hands. My husband and I are very thankful to Corey and the rest of his team. I can’t imagine getting a “better” team than them. To me and my husband, they are the best!
