Working with Janeen as a first-time homebuyer was an absolute dream. After three years of searching and multiple setbacks with other realtors, I finally found someone who truly understood what I was looking for. Janeen not only found me the perfect home and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly proactive, guided me through every step, and even secured the best possible rates. I was a first-time homebuyer with a limited budget and many any of the homes we toured felt like I’d have to settle and lower my expectations—but Janeen came through and found me the exact home I had been manifesting. Janeen is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for us. Very knowledgeable. Super helpful. She was available every time we called or messaged her, even when it was past normal working hours. Closing went smooth. She knew we were new to the area and emailed us a list of what stores were around us. She followed up with us a couple times after our purchase and even got our princess doggie a new toy. We will absolutely recommend Janeen to anyone.
