About Maggie

Maggie Sherman D'Aquila was born for real estate. Her passion began at age seven, when her parents hired an architect to design her family’s dream home. Pouring over the blueprints became a nightly obsession; one which soon led to studying the floor plans and layouts of every single house, hotel or store into which she stepped foot. Maggie now brings this same intense passion and energy to the fast-paced and glamorous world of New York City and Northern New Jersey real estate every single day.

Maggie specializes in sales and investment properties throughout New York City AND Northern New Jersey where she now lives with her family. Prior to launching her career in real estate, Maggie worked as a personal assistant and in the entertainment industry, holding positions at the renowned Caroline’s On Broadway, The Comedy Cellar, The World Famous Laugh Factory and B.B. King’s Blues Club, where she rubbed elbows with many of the world’s greatest music and comedy legends. Maggie spent time touring Europe as a singer and continues to find joy in belting out a tune to anyone who asks nicely. Most recently, she spent six months in South America as a spiritual tour guide at sacred sites in Brazil, Peru, and the Amazon jungles of Ecuador. These experiences have provided Maggie with an intuitive ability to relate to all people, in a well-rounded, down-to-earth approach that is invaluable to her clients. Maggie is known to her clients and colleagues for her incredible communication skills; she listens carefully to what people want, provides them with the information they need, and helps them make informed decisions at their own pace. With a combination of worldly experience, professional expertise, and a natural joie de vivre, Maggie has a gift for making the process of finding or selling a home smooth and yes, even fun!
