I had been looking for a small farm for awhile that had everything both my partner and I wanted, and those properties are in short supply. When I found our farm online, I emailed 4 or 5 different real estate companies to see it that weekend and no one answered. I emailed remax in Charles town and got the nicest email from Matt Ridgeway saying he worked regarding of the day, and would be happy to show me the property I was interested in that SUNDAY. He met us promptly at 330 and showed us around and we made an offer right away.
Thanks to Matt (who wasnt even the listing agent) we have our dream farm in Martinsburg.
Matt's customer service is excellent, as well as his integrity (and people with both of those qualities are getting harder to find)
and he'll get you where you want to be.
