Nathan is an amazing realtor! He made the entire process so quick and easy. I had several offers to choose from within days, thanks to his diligence with getting the property on the market and answering endless inquiries from agents with interested clients. He was so helpful and quickly responded to the buyer whenever there were questions, and he was great at communicating with the lawyers and the HOA management company - he truly went above and beyond what I expected based on past experiences. I was able to close on my home quickly and without any issues! Which was very helpful as I was moving out of state and not readily available. I highly recommend working with Nathan for any of your real estate needs!

I can't say enough postive things about my experience with Nathan. We moved from Ohio to CT and Nathan helped us thru the whole process, we ran into a few hurdles like most real estate transactions but Nathan kept in constant contact and helped us navigate the purchase. Even with all the hurdles we ended up closing in 24 days!

I am writing this review in recognition of real estate agent Nathan Cholewa and a highly, professional, enthusiastic, efficient service he recently provided me in the sale of a property in Griswold Connecticut.

I have worked with other agents on real estate transactions over the years and can say with confidence that Nathan is the best agent I have ever used.

Nathan has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective agent. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interest in mind. One of the qualities I respected the most was his no-nonsense style. He gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. He does a great job of listening to his clients needs. He does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing agent on behalf of the client. He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding immediately to phone calls and emails. Nathan shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction to get done. I have the highest level of confidence in him. My transaction went very smoothly and without a hitch.

I would not hesitate to use him as my listing agent if I were selling another property or to consult him if I were buying. I have the highest level of confidence in him and feel he would be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution. In future transactions, I will only have Nathan represent me.

This was my first home and there were lots of small complications along the way, but Nathan was behind the scenes making sure everything was going to run smoothly. As first time home buyers, we could not have had a better experience working with Nathan to find our perfect home. From day one he was informative, practical, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to understood our wants/needs and we could tell right away that he had our best interest in mind. He helped us navigate through a very crazy market, where we had to book same day showings and make very quick decisions.
