Pia Reyes began her career in the real estate business as a mortgage loan officer in 1997, having worked for Nationwide Mortgage Corp, World Savings and Wachovia Mortgage respectively. “Having the mortgage background is an advantage to which I am able to understand my clients financial situation that help me find their desired home and meet their desired housing payments. It allows me to negotiate for the best possible terms and ensure a swift, smooth transaction for my buyers & sellers.”

Pia began her full-time real estate career in 2008. As a Realtor, her actions are held at the highest standards of National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics. With decades of experience in the real estate market, she exhibits value by providing a one-on-one consultation for the buyer's real estate needs. This consultation is included as part of her approach to help her client realize their real estate dreams. demonstrating her knowledge and insight by explaining the step-by-step process so her clients know they can expect the best representation possible. A long time resident of Fairfax County, Pia knows the ins and outs of Fairfax, Alexandria, Arlington, Loudoun and Prince William Counties. She currently holds active real estate licenses in both the District of Columbia and The Commonwealth of Virginia and has been with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 2010. She has been servicing the the tri-state Metro DC area for over 15 years and is looking forward to doing the same in the next years to come.
