Terry Sadowski

After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in business in 1985, I took the plunge into residential real estate in January, 1986 and I have never looked back. I have loved it ever since and it never gets old assisting my customers in realizing their American dream of home ownership. I strive very hard to make the buying and selling process a pleasurable and fun experience! For many years, I strictly sold new construction with a local builder and on 5 different occasions was "top producer of the year for development sales in Northeast Florida" through the "Sales and Marketing Council". In 2007, I made the move from builder sales to general real estate, where I could now sell both new homes and resales, while working at "Re/Max Specialists". I have continued to win awards on a local and national level and although it is nice to be recognized, it is not why I sell real estate. The joy for me is seeing my customers face light up when we sell their current home or they buy just the right home for their family! I am married and have a beautiful daughter and in my spare time, I love to fish, golf, water and snow ski. I cannot wait to assist you in your real estate needs.
