Home Sweet Home Realty is the best real estate company that I have ever dealt with. Theresa is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients as well as the community and neighborhood she lives in. She sold my old neighbor`s house within less than 24 hours and she did it again this year with my house. I was so pleased to see my house sell very quickly and more importantly it sold for $10,000 ABOVE+ the asking price. I pocketed an extra $10,000 because of Theresa. The interest rate is currently a record high of 7% and that still didn`t stand as an obstacle in Theresa`s way. Theresa`s 25+ years of experience speaks loud. I Highly recommend her. I will always hire Theresa.

Theresa is a great, experienced realtor. Not only is she kind and respectful, but she is always offering solutions to any kind of problems that you might have with a property or a deal. She didn’t bat an eye at the problems with our house that we were selling and immediately put us in touch with professional and affordable people who could help us. I greatly appreciated her approach to immediately address roadblocks and to offer solutions to help us. She is an excellent realtor to work with.

I must say Theresa is one of the best realtors that I have worked with. I recently used her services to sell my house and she made it happen so easily .
