Aaron Cruz

Aaron began his sales career at 15 years old selling the Houston Post newspaper door-to-door and mowing lawns for spending money. He started his first business when he was 23, Aaron’s Landscaping and Maintenance. He serviced the following areas for the next 20 years: Memorial, River Oaks, Spring Branch, Bellaire, West U, Braes Heights, Sugarland, Champions, Clearlake, downtown, and the west side of Houston. Aaron sold his first over $1 million home the first year he was a realtor. In his second year, he sold $5.4 million. He has been ranked number two in his office for the last eight months and is a member of the Coldwell Banker Diamond Club. His community involvement includes volunteering for the past 12 years as a baseball coach for Kyle Chapman Pony League and West University Little League Intermediate Division. This summer his West University 13U All-Stars team won the regionals, sectionals, and state tournament advancing to the Southwest Regional Championship in Grand Junction, Colorado.
