Aaron Leider brings a wealth of real estate experience to The Agency, where he joins the team as a Broker Associate/Estates Director in Beverly Hills and the Managing Director for Coachella Valley. Before joining The Agency, he owned a franchise overseeing five billion dollars in real estate sales.
He earned a degree from the Broad College of Business at MSU, allowing him to provide clients with tremendous insight into value and design possibilities when purchasing a home for themselves or development. He brings a unique perspective to his clients and is passionate about providing high-quality service and informed guidance at every touchpoint.
Aaron’s love of real estate and construction was sparked at the age of ten when he drove a supply van to construction workers at the subdivisions his father built in Michigan. He flipped his first house at eighteen, and the rest is history.
Always looking to give back to the real estate industry, Aaron served as a director and president for the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, where he is now a presiding officer overseeing arbitration and ethics hearings. He is a director for the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, also serving on their environmental and land use committees. Additionally, he is a director for Smart Coast California, treasurer of the Oswit Land Trust, which works to protect open spaces in and around Palm Springs, and for the Stray Cat Alliance, a group that saves cats in the inner city and provides resources so people can keep their pets.
