Aaron Scruggs

After a successful career as a technologist, Aaron set his sights on the only other profession that ever captivated him: Real Estate. His journey has very much been one of “coming home.” At the age of 23, fresh out of college, he first became an agent. He found himself writing Java code to do on-the-fly valuations of properties as they hit the market. This helped him guide his investor clients to the best deals the moment they were listed. After a successful rookie year, he was worried that his talents were being wasted and began his journey into technology. Almost 20 years later, he is still finding creative ways to get more out of Real Estate by leveraging technology. Aaron is a fierce pragmatist, voracious reader, lifelong GTD’er, and inbox zero zealot. While this may not always make him the most fun at dinner parties, it does make him your best choice. He will make sure that all the details are taken care of and that you have all the information necessary to make a confident decision. When not working, Aaron enjoys distance running, craft cocktails, movie theatres, fashion & Reddit.
