04/28/2017 - pernab3 Bought a home in 2017. To preface, I am ULTRA SKEPTICAL of anyone with perfect reviews. My initial thoughts are bots? paid promotion? - it's the cynical marketer in me. That being said, Abdul earns every single star and another perfect review from me. He met with us on a Friday night and was out looking at places with us the next day. After 4 tours in about 1 week we were ready to put in an offer on a place. Being first time buyers, he walked us through strategically making an offer, the countering process, home inspections, the whole nine-yards. After some really masterful negotiating, we ended up getting our place for ~$10K less than initial asking price, plus getting the large majority of closing costs covered. Abdul knows how to play the game. He was responsive to all of our messages- be them phone call, texts, or emails. His associates Courtney and Lauren were great to work with as well. I promise I'm not a robot and I'm not a paid promoter. Abdul's 5-star streak is the real deal. -Zillow

02/21/2017 - user1854898 Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Dumfries, VA. I originally found Abdul while on Zillow to find a home. At a last minute request, Abdul met me in Fort Washington to view a beautiful home. This house eventually fell through but Abdul didn't stop there. For about 2 months he would meet my wife and I between Maryland, DC, and Va to walk through homes, sending us comps for that area. We finally found our dream home in Va for roughly 500k. We love this home and we appreciate everything that Abdul has helped us with. 'Til this day, we still talk whether its about the market or some type of event. I was actually overseas when I was trying to purchase a home for the first time. I reached out to Abdul and let him know what I was looking for. Literally, the next day he had a full listing of about 30 options for me to choose from. We were able to get the number down to 6 right before I travelled back to the United States. On a very tight schedule, Abdul worked with me to see all 6 houses in one day. I found my house that same day thanks to him! Everything was within my budget and for a short period of time he also helped me find renters and assisted me with property management. Being thousands of miles away trying to purchase a house is challenging in and of itself but I was so relieved with my business in the hands of Abdul.
