Finding a house (much less home) is an exhausting process. I had been doing it on my own and with other real estate agents for over a year and was at my wit's end by the time Adam entered the frame. Immediately, everything was different. Sure, Adam is massively connected and hugely experienced so that's a bonafide plus... But what makes Adam Adam is that you really feel like he's on your side. Because of his relentless optimism we were able to regain the hope we had lost in our search AND we also ended up finding the home we were looking for. Adam is more than a real estate guy. He's a teammate and a friend. He knows his stuff and he's in your corner. He's the kind of guy you want to be able to call "neighbor".

What can I say about Adam other than the word “AMAZING”! First and foremost Adam sold my property in Woodland Hills, CA, and exceeded every expectations I had about a realtor. Not only did he get me multiple high offers, but he did it within a short period of time locking in a substantial amount over what I purchased the property for.
I had no hesitation to call him to help me find my next property and he delivered. What I cherished the most about Adam is that he took care of me like I was his own family member. He was upfront with his recommendations with the properties we viewed. He wasn’t in it for “Just to make a buy”. He made sure that I purchase the best property for my needs. After deciding on the property, he made all the negotiations do get me at the right price and to lock out other offers! He also made sure that improvements and findings were all taken care of by the sellers. He was in constant communication about the contingencies and what need to be done in order to remove them. He made countless recommendations about the property on how it would benefit me after closing. He would literally call me just to make sure I had no questions rather than me call him!!! It’s insane how dedicated he is to his job and his clients. Not only do I recommend this guy but it would be foolish not for him to take care of you while deciding to buy or sell a property. Adam you are the best!

I’ve wanted to move to Topanga since the first time I ventured up the mountain. But I wasn’t prepared for just how hard that would be. After trying to figure it out on my own for far too long, I was finally blessed enough to meet Adam. Within minutes, I knew he was the man for the job. If you are looking for the home of your dreams I highly recommend Adam Brawer. He has a great team as well. He will not get you to buy just any home. He will be honest with you if the home is not worth to buy and he will explain the reason due to his expertise. He took the time to discuss with me regarding the type of home that I was searching for. He is very responsive whenever I had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend Adam. He was very patient and thoughtful including picking me up and dropping me off the airport when I flew in to look for properties. My wife and I were introduced to Adam during a pivotal time in our lives. We were ready to purchase our forever home, during an intense seller's market, fueled by stiff competition and restrictions due to covid.

From the start, Adam was very professional, worked hard to understand what we wanted. He counseled us on choosing between one of a few neighborhoods we had narrowed our search to and then patiently spent lots of time preparing home viewings on the weekends. He recommended amazing professionals who helped to photograph our current home and provide staging tips. He even spent a weekend with us shopping to spruce up our current home for photos.

Once we found our target, we played it cool during a potentially competitive situation and waited it out. When the timing we right, we pounced. The negotiation was made relatively painless by well timed negotiating suggestions and very intentional moves on our end. Complex situations with selling one home, while buying another, and complex banking requirements were made simple and stress free by working with Adam.

There were a few intense moments that Adam worked hard to steer us through and around. In the end, we got the only home we ever wanted and we paid a price below appraisal during the most competitive market in a century.

Adam has since become a friend and we continue to enjoy his company fairly frequently post close. What started as professional relationship has turned into a close friendship, and we've vacationed together and become true friends since.

My wife and I highly suggest working with Adam. We have no reason to ever work with anyone else.
