Adam Janeiro

Adam Janeiro is best known for his extensive restoration experience, client consultations, and encyclopedic knowledge of old house neighborhoods that include but are not limited to those of West Adams.

Adam has been interviewed in print, on TV, and radio in conjunction with neighborhood affairs, real estate, and his celebrated urbanist blog, www.RecenteringElPueblo.com.

In the last two years alone, Adam has represented buyers and sellers on historic properties in Harvard Heights, Country Club Park, Los Feliz, Kinney Heights, Halldale, Century Heights, the West Adams Avenues, West Park, Angelus Vista, Chesterfield Square, Western Heights, The Village Green, South Pasadena, and Jefferson Park. A fraction of his total career dealings.

Like other City Living agents, Adam lives in the West Adams area, has served on neighborhood committees, managed historic homes tours, and engaged in various forms of community service.
