My wife Nancy and I had lived in our home in St. Charles for over 35 years. It was a beautiful home and property but we both knew it was time to move on. The question then was, who should we trust to take on the task of marketing the property to secure the highest return. I had previous business experience with the Rullo Group so I contacted them and I was introduced to Adam Rullo. We could not have been more pleased with the results. But it was the professionalism and the extra effort that was most outstanding. Adam spent a substantial amount of time providing us with an analysis of the ever-changing market i.e. fluctuating interest rates and the effect on the home values.

Adam worked tirelessly in securing the highest offer possible. Once a contract was secured Adam was with us throughout the entire process and spent a substantial amount of time answering our questions and providing us with sage advice. This entire experience was made so much easier with his guidance and professionalism. Thank you so much to Adam Rullo! I didn’t know if I was going to find my dream home. I was referred to him thru my parents. Thank God they knew him because he worked hard to get me in to see the house and boy did he deliver. Working with Adam was a great experience! He was also very knowledgeable about schools and nearby businesses. He also had referrals for general contractors which was very helpful. Adam is a fantastic realtor. He knows the St. Charles/Geneva area so well. He listens to all your feedback and refines your searches to find you the exact property you are looking for. He is responsive and our experience working with him was extremely positive. If you are looking for a home in St. Charles I highly recommend working with Adam. I don't think you could find a realtor who understands the different neighborhoods better. He truly goes above and beyond.

Moved from NH to IL. Adam went to my home inspection due to the distance and made sue that I was well covered throughout the buying process. When I move back to NH, I will turn to him to sell my current home in IL. He also has a sense of humor, this is a must for me during stressful times!
