Thank you so much to Adam Rullo! I didn’t know if I was going to find my dream home. I was referred to him thru my parents. Thank God they knew him because he worked hard to get me in to see the house and boy did he deliver. Working with Adam was a great experience! He was also very knowledgeable about schools and nearby businesses. He also had referrals for general contractors which was very helpful. Thanks to Adam my kids and I can start our new chapter in St. Charles! I would highly recommend Adam!

Adam is a fantastic realtor. He knows the St. Charles/Geneva area so well. He listens to all your feedback and refines your searches to find you the exact property you are looking for. He is responsive and our experience working with him was extremely positive. If you are looking for a home in St. Charles I highly recommend working with Adam. I don't think you could find a realtor who understands the different neighborhoods better. He truly goes above and beyond.

Moved from NH to IL. Adam went to my home inspection due to the distance and made sue that I was well covered throughout the buying process. When I move back to NH, I will turn to him to sell my current home in IL. He also has a sense of humor, this is a must for me during stressful times!
