Adam Sloat

Adam is a Colorado native and full time Realtor with a background in the music and entertainment business. Adam was born and raised in Boulder, with a few years in Littleton and Lafayette, and now a homeowner in Louisville. You can trust in him that as your Realtor, he will put you and your needs first, guiding you through the home buying or selling process with ease and confidence. Adam cares tremendously about people and providing them comfortable, friendly, and skilled service. He has been in your shoes and knows how important it is to have a strong Realtor-client team that loves working together.

After his teenage years as a professional river rafting guide in the Colorado mountains and canyon lands of Utah, Adam attended college at Tulane University (joining the Crew Team, Phi Gamma Delta, and becoming the President of the Tulane Pre-Law Society). He then worked in the music and entertainment business as a manager, agent, and event producer. Adam brings an expert background in contracts to all his real estate transactions, having negotiated agreements for or with Beyoncé Knowles, Jack White, The Who, David Hasselhoff, Kesha, OneRepublic, Alice Cooper, Flo Rida, and many others, including TV networks, universities, Washington DC nonprofits, and international luxury properties. Adam’s contract and detail savvy, having experience managing the negotiation process with dexterity and fairness, resulting in closed deals that are a win-win for everyone.

Adam has also lived in New Orleans, Boston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Orange County, California. But Adam’s deep Colorado roots eventually brought him back home to Boulder County permanently, when his wife and I purchased a home in Louisville for our family of twin boy/girl 6-year-olds. Serving his community is a core value for him and he loves putting smiles on people’s face through the experience of entertainment at community events. Adam is the Chair of the Louisville Cultural Council, and Music Director for The Boulder Jewish Festival.
